Deputy Care Manager 

With 18 years in the care sector, Joanne has worked across community care, palliative support, and services for people with learning disabilities. As Deputy Care Manager, she leads our team with dedication and heart, scheduling care, mentoring staff, and ensuring every client receives compassionate, consistent, and high-quality support.

Registered Nurse

Rahel has worked in care since 2002 and qualified as a nurse in 2018. With experience in NHS surgical wards, private hospitals, and community settings, she brings clinical skill and compassion to her role. As our Registered Nurse, she supports both staff and clients with expert guidance, training, and a strong focus on person-centred care.

HR Administrator

Angel brings 5 years’ care experience supporting people with complex needs and mental health conditions. Now our HR Administrator, she manages communications, compliance, and office operations. Passionate and dedicated, Angel is advancing her skills through business and training qualifications to better support staff and clients. 

Office Administrator

Courtney started in care during the height of the pandemic, quickly becoming a trusted and compassionate support for clients. After completing qualifications in Adult Care and Business, she transitioned into her current role as Office Administrator. With frontline experience, Courtney brings empathy, dedication, and heart to the team. 

People and Systems Manager 

With a background in hospitality management, Carleton brought his recruitment expertise to care in 2021. Now our People & Systems Manager, he leads recruitment, supporting Broadcare’s rapid growth. Known for his dedication and drive, Carleton plays a key role in scaling our team and integrating systems that support high-quality care delivery. 

Compliance Manager

Rachel transitioned into care in 2021 and quickly rose through multiple roles. Now our Compliance Manager, she oversees client assessments, care quality reviews, and is the first point of contact for clients, families and local authorities. Passionate about high standards and development, Rachel recently completed her Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care with distinction. 

Digital Marketer

Joshua combines a background in care, creativity, and communication in his role. With experience in support work and qualifications in design and marketing, he creates engaging, accessible content across platforms. Passionate about storytelling and strategy, he ensures our message reflects the heart of our work, supporting people and celebrating the team behind the care. 

Compliance Officer

Involved in care since 2019, Nicole has worked across multiple roles to support fast-growing teams. Now a Compliance Officer, she writes care plans, carries out assessments, and ensures clients and their families feel supported at every stage. With strong communication skills and a calm, thoughtful approach, Nicole plays a key part in delivering consistent, high-quality care. 

Head of Accounts 

Millan has worked in care since 2010 and brings a strong background in biochemistry, business, and operational leadership. As Head of Accounts at Broadcare Ltd, he plays a vital role in overseeing financial systems that support high-quality care and long-term growth. With experience scaling care services, he’s committed to building efficient structures that serve both clients and frontline teams. 

Registered Manager

With over 23 years in care, Christine leads Broadcare as Registered Manager, overseeing care delivery with expert guidance and heart. She holds a Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management and is a qualified trainer across multiple areas. Passionate about mentoring, Christine ensures our team delivers safe, consistent, and person-centred care every day. 

Head of Operations

Kris brings a unique blend of tech expertise and care experience, leading operations at Broadcare. He’s driven digital innovation, recruitment, payroll, and training while maintaining outstanding service quality. Holding both a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care and Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources, Kris is passionate about raising care standards at Broadcare.
